App version (from the store or Firebase test email)
What you were doing when the problem happened

Privacy & data deletion

Delete your cloud account: in the app, Options → Account → Delete account. Or email pjiinteractive@gmail.com with subject “Age Up account deletion” and the Google email you used to sign in. We aim to finish email requests within 30 days.

Deleting the account removes cloud sign-in and wallet data. Local life saves on the phone stay until you clear app data or uninstall.
