These terms apply to Age Up — Life Simulator Game (the “App”), published for entertainment on mobile devices, and to this website. By downloading, installing, or playing the App, or by using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Fiction & entertainment only
The App is a work of fiction and interactive entertainment. Characters, events, careers, crimes, relationships, businesses, locations, dialogue, and outcomes are simulated for fun. They are not real advice and not a model for real-world behavior.
- Do not treat anything in the App as legal, medical, financial, tax, career, or relationship advice.
- Depictions of crime, violence, gambling, alcohol, nightlife, or adult themes are fictional gameplay only.
- Any resemblance to real people, living or dead, or to real events is coincidental unless clearly labeled otherwise as parody or satire of public culture.
2. No real money gambling
Casino and similar features use in-game currency / simulated money only. They are not real-money gambling, do not pay out cash, and do not connect to real casinos.
3. Age rating
The App is intended for players aged 16+ (or the equivalent rating in your store region), due to mature themes including suggestive content, alcohol references, comic mischief, simulated crime, and simulated gambling. Follow your device’s parental controls and the store age rating.
4. Names, brands & trademarks
The App may mention or parody company names, product categories, public figures, or cultural references for storytelling. Unless we state otherwise, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party brand, celebrity, or company mentioned or depicted. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
5. Your use of the App
- You may use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
- You must not cheat, reverse engineer, attack, or misuse our services in ways that harm other players or our systems.
- You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
6. Purchases, ads & virtual items (when enabled)
If the App offers ads, in-app purchases, or virtual items (for example rewind credits):
- Payments are processed by the platform (for example Google Play), not as cash gambling.
- Virtual items have no real-world cash value outside the App and are licensed, not sold as property.
- Except where required by law or platform rules, purchases are generally non-refundable after delivery.
7. Saves & availability
Game progress is primarily stored on your device. We do not guarantee that saves will never be lost (for example after uninstall, device failure, or bugs). We may update, change, or discontinue features.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The App and this site are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement).
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App or site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App or related purchases in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date above will change when we revise this page.
