These terms apply to Age Up — Life Simulator Game (the “App”), published for entertainment on mobile devices, and to this website. By downloading, installing, or playing the App, or by using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Fiction & entertainment only
The App is a work of fiction and interactive entertainment. Characters, events, careers, crimes, relationships, businesses, locations, dialogue, and outcomes are simulated for fun. They are not real advice and not a model for real-world behavior.
- Do not treat anything in the App as legal, medical, financial, tax, career, or relationship advice.
- Depictions of crime, violence, gambling, alcohol, nightlife, or adult themes are fictional gameplay only.
- Any resemblance to real people, living or dead, or to real events is coincidental unless clearly labeled otherwise as parody or satire of public culture.
2. No casino or gambling features
This edition of the App does not include casino or gambling-style features. If any simulated-currency mini-games are introduced in a future update, they will never involve real-money gambling, cash payouts, or connections to real casinos.
3. Age rating
The App is intended for players aged 16+ (or the equivalent rating in your store region), due to mature themes including suggestive content, alcohol references, comic mischief, and simulated crime. Follow your device’s parental controls and the store age rating.
On first launch you must self-declare that you are 16 or older. If you select under 16, the App shows a full-screen block and you cannot play. Ads, analytics, sign-in, and purchases stay off. Your local save is not deleted. On the block screen you may choose “I tapped by mistake, I am 16 or older” and then confirm in a second step (“Confirm you are 16 or older?”). Confirming unblocks the App; Cancel keeps the block. That change-answer option appears whenever the block screen is shown.
4. Minors and contract capacity
If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18), you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App and to make any purchases in the App. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising use of the App by minors under their care and for any purchases those minors make.
5. Names, brands & trademarks
The App may mention or parody company names, product categories, public figures, or cultural references for storytelling. Unless we state otherwise, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party brand, celebrity, or company mentioned or depicted. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
6. Your use of the App
- You may use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
- You must not cheat, reverse engineer, attack, or misuse our services in ways that harm other players or our systems.
- You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
7. Purchases, ads & virtual items
The App may show rewarded ads (Google AdMob) and may offer in-app purchases or virtual items (for example Age Coins / rewind credits):
In the current store build, Age Coins are earned via rewarded ads and a free daily claim. Age Coin packs are not sold. Optional Cloud Player ID does not move your Age Coin balance between devices.
- Payments are processed by the platform (for example Google Play or the App Store), not as cash gambling.
- Virtual items have no real-world cash value outside the App and are licensed, not sold as property.
- Refunds are handled according to applicable law and the refund policies of the platform that processed your payment. Where you are not entitled to a statutory refund or right of withdrawal (including where you have consented to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledged that you lose any cooling-off right), purchases are generally non-refundable after delivery. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
8. Right of withdrawal (EU / EEA / UK consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content purchases under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and equivalent UK rules, starting from the day of the contract.
That right does not apply, or is lost, if at the point of purchase you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract (immediate delivery of or access to the digital content) and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Platform purchase flows (for example Google Play or the App Store) typically collect this consent. These terms are not intended to contradict that statutory framework or the platform’s purchase flow.
9. Saves & availability
Game progress is primarily stored on your device. We do not guarantee that saves will never be lost (for example after uninstall, device failure, or bugs). We may update, change, or discontinue features.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The App and this site are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement).
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App or site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App or related purchases in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date above will change when we revise this page.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence within the European Union or European Economic Area (or the United Kingdom, where applicable) that cannot be displaced by contract.
